About the event
This 4 week program will consist of 8 sessions starting Wednesday August 7th at 9am. This series will occur every Wednesday and Friday.
Join us for a program designed for optimal stabilization through a full body progression designed by Dr. Alex Gehlen, PT, DPT and Leigh "Byrd" Graciano, CPT and Pre & Postpartum Exercise Corrective Specialist.
Each week will carry into the next working to optimize your mind and body connection through functional interval strength training. This will be a small group to allow full attention to form, correct muscle activation, and safe progression of exercise. We will welcome a total of 10 individuals to sign up to join us for this summer series!
These outdoor sessions will be weather dependent. We plan to offer a virtual zoom session for any day that the weather might not permit us to workout outdoors safely.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water, and maybe some sunscreen! The price of this program includes two resistance bands and a stability ball for you to keep.
